By using ElmSync, your organisation agrees to use the platform lawfully and in accordance with your regulatory obligations under the Children's Homes (England) Regulations 2015 and the Supported Accommodation (England) Regulations 2023.

Your organisation is the data controller for all records entered into the platform. ElmSync acts as data processor and will process personal data only on your documented instructions.
